Referrals

Our goal is to make the transfer process as smooth and effective as possible.

For each referral, we ask

  1. The referring case doctor calls AUC to discuss the case with our medical team. We want to understand the client expectations and your preferences.

  2. Please email us all medical records. Including all lab work and radiology that was performed at your clinic.

  3. We are happy to send your patient back for your continued care or keep them hospitalized at AUC. One of our goals is to make decisions together in the best interest of your patients, your clients, and your hospital.

For outpatient ultrasound referrals

  1. Please call us for availability.

  2. Complete the Outpatient Ultrasound Referral Form. Please call Arvada at (303) 420-7387, Park Hill at (303) 800-1184, or North East at (303) 381-1488 for a new form.

  3. Our radiologist will discuss the finding with you once the ultrasound is complete. We do not discuss results with clients directly.

  4. If a patient requires surgery or hospitalization, we are happy to care for them or send them back to you.
